Crowdfunding

Link to our 2022 Crowdfunding Campaign

In 2020, we raised

$21,775

of our $12,600 goal.

Since 2020, we’ve grown significantly, expanded our operations to provide a wider range of experience to our members, and incurred ~$10k in extra expenses once we were forced into an off-campus lab space. In order to continue to pursue our goal, we are pushing hard to raise

$50,000

Your support enables:

R&D

Paving the way to space requires the development and validation of technologies for our rockets such as avionics, composite motors, and thermal protection systems.

Safety Equipment

We take safety seriously. Rockets are dangerous and certain components can contain hazardous materials. As such, we take the proper measures to ensure our team has the right protective gear.

Infrastructure

The machine(s) that builds the machines. This includes everything that supports getting the rocket made and into the air, such as composite fiber winders, launch towers, and static test stands.

Launch Vehicles

To build a successful rocket, hundreds of complex components must come together. Each component needs to be fabricated, tested, and assembled, which can get pretty expensive pretty quickly.
